• I understand SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL is not responsible for any injury/damages which may be incurred during my or my child's participation in the activities provided.

• I agree to hold SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL harmless from claims for injuries or damages occurring during these activities.

• I certify that my child is physically fit and have not been advised not to participate by a qualified medical professional.

• I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which prelude mine or my child’s participation in these activities.

• I hereby release the SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL instructors from any action or claim for any personal injury, accidents or illness (including death) which may arise from, but not limited to, participation in SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL activities, sessions use, facilities and premises.

• I give SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL permission to use any still, moving image(s) of my child for advertising, marketing and social media purposes.

• I confirm that I will read and comply with the rules and regulations of each activity and follow all instructions from Sharm Circus School staff.

• Any child under 12 cannot be left unattended at any time, out of the classroom. Parents of children aged between 12 and 18 must complete a waiver form before dropping off.

• I agree that this waiver form is valid for all visits to SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL and participation in all SHARM CIRCUS SCHOOL now and in the future.
