YOUTH PROFESSIONAL CIRCUS ACADEMY (from 3 years)
**The Rise of Circus Schools:
Keeping Tradition Alive**
The emergence of circus schools as hubs for transmitting traditional circus arts is a relatively recent development in the long and storied history of the circus.
Where the circus world was once an exclusive realm of multigenerational circus families, today, thanks to the proliferation of hundreds of circus schools worldwide, anyone from the general public has the opportunity to become a professional circus artist.
Our circus school is proud to be part of this vibrant movement, offering a wide variety of professional courses designed to nurture talent and creativity.
Recognized by **FEDEC**, the European Federation of Professional Circus Schools, we are also celebrated as
the most renowned circus school in the Middle East.
Our ultimate goal is to see our students shining on the world’s biggest stages—perhaps one day as stars of the iconic **Cirque du Soleil**.
After the completion of our 7 Levels,
we delivery a Diploma of Bachelor of Circus Disciplines, ourjust graduated student must be specialized in at least two disciplines between Aerial Hammock, Aerial Silk, Aerial Hoop, Trapeze, Contortion,
Acro-balance, Vault, Juggling, Ribbon dance, Hula Hoops, Twirling, Fire dance (Flow art).
We teach Hand stand from Level 2 and from level 3 Contortion.
We teach Trampoline (only to kids attending to the circus academy and precisely only to Level 3, between 8/15 yrs), that already have an advanced Acrobatic Gymnastic preparation.
We follow the rules according to the American Academy of Pediatrics and the America Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons children under the age of 6 should never use a trampoline, due to the fact that their fragile bones are not meant to withstand the repetitive pressure from jumping.
Bungees is a different proper class and always one of our Circus Camp activities.
What kids must Wear:
Uniform is mandatory to attend to the Circus Academy.
Prerequisite:
None for those start from Level 1.
Beginners gymnastic notions to attend from Level 3.
Our students perform twice every school year,
once in our "Christmas show" and second time on
"End of Term show" where we deliver a Diploma certifying the completion of the level attended and the consequent ascent to
the higher level.
Our kids circus show is nicknamed:
"Circus Prodigious" because our pupils are all emeritus little prodigies.
Our most famous circus show is "The Lion King" rewritten and directed in a circus version by the Circus School Director (former aerialist) Erika Possetto.
In 2023 70 of ours students performed the musical "Trolls" and in 2024 "Wonka".
